Our brokerage is typically one month’s rent. The exact amount depends on the circumstances of the home and the tenancy, so we tell you the figure in writing before you pay any token or commit to anything.

How do I contact you?
Through our forms. Use the tenant enquiry form to find a home, the visit request form for a specific home you saw on a reel, or the owner form to list a property. We reply using the contact details you share. We get a very large number of enquiries, and the forms are how we keep every one tracked.
When is a home confirmed for me?
A home is confirmed only when your token is recorded and we confirm it to you in writing. Until then it can still be taken by someone else.
What does it cost?
Enquiring, matching and visiting are free. Brokerage is typically one month’s rent and depends on the circumstances; we confirm the exact figure in writing before you commit.
Are the homes verified?
We check each home before we post it and only market it with the owner’s permission. Availability can change at any time, so we confirm it with you before a visit.
Which areas do you cover?
Chennai and its neighbourhoods. Mention your preferred areas in the enquiry form and we’ll match you to what’s available.
What happens to my details?
